I love when hip-hop artists use creative concepts. You know...Jay-Z's "22 twos", or Common's "I Used to Love Her". Well On Tha Carter III soon to be released, Lil Wayne gets pretty creative himself with this track titled "Dr. Carter". Check it out......ya diggggg.
